Reading Challenges

Read Around the Library, Learn About the World. For grades 4 and up. Prizes for top reader in grades 4-5, 6-8, and 9-12. Pick up your “visa” at the Library.

Heifer Project. Every book read for summer reading will earn a gold coin that represents 50 cents. Coins can be spent to purchase animals through Heifer Project. Our goal is to have 1000 books read for summer reading. We have pledges for $500. Additional donations will increase our challenge. Every age can participate.
